    General rules please see terms and conditions

     

    1. Definition of a "Craft Stand" at Messingham Show  is to have a stall where crafters display and sell their handmade goods. (Goods must be made by the crafter) Anyone found selling goods other than those made by hand by the crafter will be asked to leave.
    2. Messingham Show will provide 1 6ft trestle table and 2 chairs. Of which items must fit on the table only.
    3. All craft stands must provide a current copy of their Public Liability Insurance cover and comply with all health and safety requirements.
    4. A set number of two (2) free wristbands will be allocated to each application. Wrist bands must be worn at all times and are not transferable.
    5. Only one car / van will be allowed to unload at the Stall once setup, All vehicles must be parked in the public parking area next to the Show field, or if required a disabled parking area is available.
    6. All stands must be set up and ready to trade by 10am on the show day and vehicles removed by 9.45am.
    7. Any craft stand creating waste must remove it from site when leaving or use the skips provided.
    8. All waste water MUST be removed from site and NOT discharged to the ground.
    9. Craft stands not exhibiting what they applied for may be asked to leave the site.
    10. All pitches are marked out side by side so it is important that you remain in your elected area.
    11. All pitches are approximately 1.5m x 3m only. Items must only be sold within this area.
    12. Messingham Show trading hours are 10:00hrs to 19:30hrs
    13. You must be off site no later than 20:00hrs.
    14. You must comply with and adhere to the terms and conditions of trading at Messingham Show. If accepted you will be sent these with methods of payment.
